Locally owned and operated in the Dundee Hills, owner and designer, Bethany Caruso, works directly with local flower farms to offer seasonal, high quality, and sustainable flower arrangements.
Bethany first fell in love with the principles of design while working as an Interior Designer following college. In 2016, she combined her design knowledge and love of flowers, and founded Elle & Lu Flowers.
